Counseling is a unique program established in 2004. Therapy sessions at Leg-Up Counseling take place on
a peaceful, picturesque horse farm surrounded by rolling hills, and beautiful scenery. We serve Harford and Baltimore Counties
as well as surrounding areas. Our program utilizes the EAGALA model of brief, intense counseling

versed in therapeutic interventions for behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, eating
